All wines have been stored at respective wineries, shipped in cold storage in November and stored at temperature controlled room at 55 degrees.

2006 Broman Cellars Cabernet - Case
One of a kind wine purchased at auction, only five cases made

Broman

Starting Bid: $750.00
Value: $1,500.00

Two fantastic lots of Cabernet from two very distinct vineyards compose this vintage of Premiere Napa Valley wine from Broman Cellars. The first is from the historic and highly regarded Beckstoffer property, Dr. Crane Vineyard in St. Helena, which never ceases to amaze with the quality and lushness of the grapes it yields. The second is the "premiere" of fruit from our own two-acre vineyard on the rocky hillside below Howell Mountain. These lots together make for amazing wine with lush, rich fruit and an intensity that only comes from hillside fruit. Bob Broman was previously winemaker at Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars, famous for their Cabernets.

2006 BV Cabernet Case
One of a kind wine purchased at auction, only ten cases made

BV
Starting Bid: $750.00
Value: $1,400

The wine is a blend of 89% Cabernet Sauvignon from their historic Rutherford appellation vineyards first planted by the founder of Beaulieu Vineyard, Georges DeLatour, in the early 1900s and 11% Petit Verdot from their St. Helena vineyard. The Cabernet portion is 50% Clone 4, 25% Clone 6 and the balance clones 337 and 5197. Vineyard and winemaking evaluation of clones of Cabernet Sauvignon from around the world was begun at Beaulieu Vineyard in the early 1980s and the current plantings of our vineyards was determined as a result of that trial. The wine was aged in 100% new French Oak for 22 months before bottling.

2008 Elkhorn Peak Pinot Noir Case
One of a kind wine purchased at auction, only ten cases made

Elkhorn Starting Bid: $750.00
Value: $1,500

2008 Elkhorn Pinot Noir, special auction blend, one of ten cases. Premiere blend from south Napa vineyards right next to Carneros, which produce beautifully, balanced wines. This limited blend uses wine from only the top barrels from the vintage for a wine that is truly representative of the varietal. Great balance and subtle, flowing layers. Pure tones of fresh raspberry and warm spiced cherries give this wine the personality of a classic Pinto Noir.
